Hey, I’m Driver Alex. I’ve spent the last 8 years in the trucking industry, and I share what I’ve learned with both new and experienced drivers.

My first five years were spent working in the sales department at a local Kenworth dealership. I arranged inventory, made sure trucks were ready for the sales team, and delivered units to customers. That experience gave me a behind-the-scenes look at how different trucking operations work. I learned what type of truck fits specific jobs, how companies in my area run their fleets, and which problems you can fix yourself versus when it’s time to call the shop.

For the past three years, I’ve been a regional tanker and pneumatic driver. That’s where I learned what life on the road is really like. Working with customers, managing an ELD efficiently, staying compliant, and trying to live a normal life while being gone from home.

I also bring over a decade of personal finance experience. I’ve worked my way out of debt and built a foundation in investing. While I’m not a financial advisor and don’t give formal financial advice, I share practical lessons that have helped me and can help drivers who want to get ahead financially.
